- My name is Carissa, and I am a graduate of The Art Institute with a diploma in Baking and Pastry. I like baking, cooking, and singing. I have also recently become a fan of working out and eating healthy. I am a celiac, meaning no gluten for me. You may think that it is odd that I am a celiac who went to school to make fabulous pastries that are full of gluten, and I agree; but i love doing it. So this blog will be filled with food and workout related material, along with some other random stuff that comes to my mind.

Makes me sad
I fell like I regressed when I moved back to Minot. Now I don't know what I want to do with my life. I would like to be a teachers aide, a baker, or a bum. I feel like I wouldn't care if I got a baking job right now. I think it's just because I haven't baked much in almost 6 months. I could have a marketplace job, maybe job corp, or I could work for my friends mom. I am pretty sure I will need a baing job just so I have the experience to put on my resumé. I am just so unsure now. Hopefully I can figure it out soon. It also has to be a job with benefits since i wont be able to stay on my parents for much longer....that is if I am even still on it. :S well, I'm going back to sleep for a few hours.
